Prodigy Reissuing “The Fat of The Land” With Star-Studded Remixes
Comments Off    /

I know I’m a little late on this, but I couldn’t resist sharing for those who also have been busy with holiday stress and travel.

When you think of Prodigy, you teleport back to the ’90s. Maybe you think of that crazy reverse mowhawk  that looks like devil horns, a lot of eyeliner, and what appears to be a coke-fueled rage. You know after watching the “Firestarter” video you immediately went out and bought that necklace with the silver balls from Hot Topic.  What could be better than Prodigy’s “The Fat of The Land” album being reissued?

Oh, that’s right; adding remixes of their most popular songs by Noisia, Major Lazer, Zeds Dead, Alvin Risk and more. Whaaaaaat?!

On December 4th, we will be graced with the 15th anniversary reissue of “The Fat of The Land” by XL Records. It will be released digitally, on vinyl, and deluxe double CD. And lucky for us, some tracks have been released via Beatport and iTunes. After listening to some of the remixes available, I’m fangirling all over the place in anticipation of the release.

While you wait for December, I give you Zeds Dead remix of “Breathe.”
